Does someone from Helios read these suggestions?

If so, who are you?

I've never seen any posts/replies from Textpad personnel. And it would be nice to occasionally hear someone say "actually, we're working on that feature. It'll be available in TP 5.0, coming out sometime in the fourth quarter of 2004."

It seems almost as though we're inside a black box. Is Helios listening?

I know that at least Stephen posts under the name of Helios and Keith posts under bbadmin. It's been my observation that they tend answer the questions the regulars here can't.

[edit]And as someone else (s_reynisson?) pointed out, TP people tend to be rather tight-lipped about upcoming changes/release dates. Changes come when they're complete which I'm fine with. As for listening, yes, check out the change logs and compare that to feature requests. [/edit]
