I have a program to solve #2, but it *might* only work for the English version of TextPad.
If you are using an Italian version, can you tell me the Menu names?
English version: [File Edit Search View Tools Macros Configure Window Help]
EDIT: Here's the tool and instructions anyway:
How to use:
0) Download Macro Toolbar.exe
1) Configure > Preferences > Macros
2) Add the macro to the menu (you've probably already done this)
3) Configure > Preferences > Tools
4) Add the tool "Macro Toolbar.exe" and Apply
5) Go to "macro toolbar" tool, and Change the tool parameter to the name of the macro. (Enclose the name in quotation marks if needed.)
6) Create a toolbar button for this user-defined tool.
Hope that makes sense
