Key to Navigate between panes of split window

Is there a keyboard shortcut for navigating between the panes of a split window? It would be nice if I could go back and forth between the two panes of a split window using the keyboard the way I can using Ctrl-Tab between files. Anyone know of a way to do this?

For me, it is F6 (and Shift-F6 for reverse order) - but this might be different.
Check under
Configure - Preferences - Keyboard
Categories: Window
Commands: WindowPaneNext (or WindowPanePrev)

Yes, that works wonderfully! Guess it helps to know what to look for.
Is it possible to display different files on each pane?
