Se apro un solo file e poi divido la finestra in 2 verticalmente, non si ha la barra di scorrimento per ugni finestra come quando le finestre sono orizzontali.

My guess is that the issue is that the vertical scroll bar is not performing like the horizontal scroll bar? Since I don't use the split windows I really can't comment on the validity of the functionality

1) I open a singol file and I divide it in 2 horizontal windows.
If I move the Top window by the scrollbar, I don't move the bottom window


2) I open a singol file and i divide it in 2 vertical windows.
The vertical scrollbar of the left window, move both windows.
