I would really like a "find (and replace) in files" option, that's one of the things I miss in Textpad...

Find in files is already there in version 4.7.1, both for open documents
and those on disk.
Replace only works for open documents and not those on disk.
Then I open up and see
the person fumbling here is me
a different way to be

So are you going to add a "find and replace in files" feature?
An other thing I miss is a multi-line search...

After the "Find in Files" step, do a right click in the search result window and select "Open All".
Then do your replace with range "All Documents".
Multiline searches? You can search for line breaks with \n (if you have RegExp activated)
