Hi,
I have a button in my IE tool bar that is the icon of Textpad, and when I click it, it sends the source of the page to Textpad.
But.... sometimes the Textpad button is not there. The button has a few other options (its a dropdpwn list of other 'Edit with...' stuff), but sometimes the Textpad option is not present.

Anyone know how to get this to always appear in the option list of buttons the 'Edit with...' has?

Thanks

I'm not sure why this toolbar option seems to be intermittent on your system, so I can only explain how it appears there in the first place:

From the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, choose Internet Options/Programs. Select TextPad as the HTML editor.

The toolbar icon should appear automatically, but if it doesn't, it can be added as follows:

From the View menu, choose Toolbars/Customize, and add it to the list of Current toolbars buttons.

If you use Windows Update this item keeps getting re-set...usually to Edit with Word for Windows
