Hi,
I am using Textpad Pro v4.7.1 on Windows 2000 at home and cannot get my color settings for the any class to apply to any new files I create (HTML for example)? I use Textpad Pro 4.6.2 on Windows XP at work and the settings always stick and all new HTML I create results with the colors I have set? Is this a bug with Windows 2000. I have tried everything and am profoudly frustrated with this. I've set up my home settings the exact same way as in work. Still no luck!! Anyone have any clues as to what might be awry here?

Thanks in advance for any help,

Richard

Yes thanks Bob. I have read the forum and even before doing so did everything that was advised therein. I have subsequently retried several times since then but to no avail. My last ditch attempt was to take home my windows XP laptop from work (upon which all color settings work) and duplicate those settings on my home computer. Still no success. Prior to this I ugraded from v4.6.2 to v4.7.1 in order to get the color settings to apply because they never worked within v4.6.2 either on this W2k platform.
