Bliss Report: I just opened a 255Mb file in 22 seconds, and scrolled to the bottom of the file (3.14 million lines) in only 8 seconds in this latest version, made 5Mb of changes and saved the file. That's using wordwrap and a proportional font (Verdana 10pt) on an 2.4GHz, 2Gb RAM, WinXP machine.
This was the biggest issue for me using and recommending TextPad over the past year. Thank you Helios on this and other great enhancements. TextPad's elegant and efficient user interface goes a long way toward usability in everyday use. Keep up the great work.
