When TextPad starts up is it possible for the open/close folder to default to the last working folder used during the *last* session of TextPad?

I don't want any documents to automatically be re-opened, I just wan the open/close folder to default to wherever I was last opening and closing stuff the last time I used the software.

I searched and couldn't find anything specific relating to a feature like this.

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately even when that option is checked, the open/close folder still always defaults to a specific folder the first time I open textPad. After I open a document then the open/close folder will follow the active document.

What I basically want is:
1)open textpad
2)open a document
3)close the document
4)quit textpad
5)start textpad again
6)Now I want open/close to default to the folder where the document above lived

If you make it a workspace there is an option to open to the last workspace automatically.
