New doc with clipboard content on startup?

Is there a way (i.e., a command line parameter) to create a new file with the clipboard's content in TextPad?
In the Opera browser, I can add this line to an image's context menu to open it in an image viewer:
Item, "Open in IrfanView" = Copy image & Execute program, "C:\Programme\IrfanView\i_view32.exe", "/clippaste"
Any idea how to do something similar (load the clipboard's content on startup) in TextPad?
