Enhanced current line color

I like the current-line color option that's in 4.7, but I think there's room for some improvement:
- Extend the lines to cover the gutter area (where the line numbers are)
- A solid background outside of the text boundaries (left and right of the current line)
More ideas, anyone?

Really glad to see that current line highlighting finally made it into textpad, but I was a little disappointed that it's only dotted lines on top and bottom. I really wanted the ability to change the whole background of the line and the color of the text so that the line is actually highlighted (like UltraEdit). I also agree that the highlight should extend to the line number column.

I was disappointed too seeing that the current line highligthing is limited to dotted lines on top and bottom. The ability to set the background color of the whole line would be a great and useful enhancement.
