Textpad crashes with Win2k SP4

I was running Textpad 4.6.2 on Win2k SP3, but I upgraded to SP4 and then accidentally uninstalled Textpad. I reinstalled it, but now it crashes whenever I try to start it up. Any ideas? Could it be due to SP4?
