Save Clickable Search Results. Later Reload &Click File

Can you please enhance saving Search Results window? I'd like to be able to save my search results, what I searched on, and what directory, and then reload them later and then still be able to click on a file and have it bring you to the line like it does when you search the first time.
For example
integratedSearchWAR\Web Content\askSubmit.jsp(2): filestuff goes here.
I'd like to reload my search results window, and then click on the files and go into the lines directly again. If I save it today, I just get the window as a text file, and then cannot click anything. Is this possible?
