I would like to see more support for refactoring, something like RefactorIT for Java or the Refactoring Browser for SmallTalk. For example, you add an argument to the datatype of a method argument, the refactor shows you where that argument is being used and helps you change it. I realize this is pushing it closer to an IDE, but that seems to be how many people are using it.
