In order to dock the Clip library, or Document Selector in TexPad 4, simply double click its blue title bar. However, if that doesn’t work, you have probably accidentally disabled docking. To enable it, right click the grey border of the Clip library or Document Selector, anywhere outside of its title bar, and select "Allow Docking" from the popup menu. Then double click the title bar.
If that doesn't work either, then please implement the following procedure:
1) Exit from TextPad
2) From the Start menu choose the Run command, and run REGEDIT.EXE
3) Expand the path HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Helios\TextPad 4.
4) Select the key labelled "Docking" and delete it.
That key will be recreated the next time you run TextPad, but you will lose any custom changes you have made to any toolbars..
In TextPad 5 double clicking the blue title bar will return the window to its previous docked position. Alternatively, when you start dragging any dockable window, a number of blue "drop targets" appear. Drag the mouse over one of them, and release the button.
