I just installed TP on a new WinXP machine, and I'm having a problem with running Java classes using the built-in command. It compiles fine, then runs the class as expected. However, it creates a temporary bat file to run the class but doesn't clean up the file. Consequently, I have many uneeded files hanging around. Does anyone have a suggestion as to how to make TP clean up after itself?
I've looked through the archives but haven't found an answer.

It's been a looooong time since this query was posted, but a hint given elsewhere helped me sort out the answer, so I thought I'd post it here to save other users the trouble of searching further.
The temporary batch files will be automatically deleted if you tick the "Close DOS window on exit" checkbox in the Configure | Preferences dialog or when you set up the particular tool.
An earlier comment about ticking the "Capture output" box is incorrect.
