Show Polls not voted on yet.

Problem:
It is not possible to ID which of the polls one has voted on. It is important to see all of them to follow up on status/results. But now one must open every one of the items to see if they are eligible to vote.
Suggestion:
Use one of the special icons in the Enhancement Request forum to distinguish the voting status for each logged in viewer.
