The WHOLE Line You're Working On

When we are on a line, we want the entire line highlighted. That prevents us from getting confused. So even if a person is on just one word, the WHOLE line is highlighted. Can textpad do this? We have tried and tried to configure it to do so. Please, if you can give us specific, step-by-step instructions on how to do this, I would be very greatful!

Not the answer you are looking for, but a work around might be to use the line numbering feature.

Here, here! I completely agree. UltraEdit has implemented this feature really well with user-defined shading, which can be toggled on and off in the preferences/options dialog. I voted, and cool.
