Put full path of file in the document

Hi,
I searched the forum for this but didn't find it.
I'd like to have a button (e.g., one of these Tools) that I can click on the toolbar that will put a line (say at the top of my document)
* do j:\here\there\this\that\theother\fred.do ;
Where j:\here\there\this\that\theother\fred.do is the pathname and filename of the currently open document.
I can find stuff in teh help file that suggests i could get tantalizingly close, but can't quite figure out how to do it...
