Reloading files manually

Hi,
I use TextPad a lot for monitoring logfiles, apart from other things.
In the preferences there is a setting concerning the Auto-Reload feature. You can set it to Auto, Prompt or Ignore.
I like to set it to ignore, because i don't like to be asked to have it reloaded while investigating some log entries, even not every 2 seconds (also a setting).
I need a menu item (e.g. Menu File/Reload ) that will trigger the action manually, but there doesn't seem to be one. Does anyone know of a possibility to achieve this?
Thanks,
Ben
