ANSI SORT ORDER

Hi all, I was just wondering if any of you knew where I could VIEW/COPY a list of the ANSI characters (like what we see in the left bar of our Textpad) that has been sorted.
I know this sounds trivial (okay, it is
but I'm doing some housekeeping in my Mail Client and trying to force a large group of emails, all of which have lower-case alpha data in the subject line, to the BOTTOM of the folder I store these emails in.
I could put "zz" in front of all of them, but . . . I dunno, I was hoping I could shop something more interesting than that, so that with each one of these emails I could edit their subject lines -- paste a squiggly-ALT-type something in FRONT of the data -- and banish them to the bottom of this folder. Yes, I could put them in another folder, but there are advantages to having these files native to the folder I keep them in . . . just "forced" to the bottom.
So . . . short of ALT-xxx'ing myself to death and manually sorting it in Textpad, does anyone have (anything) like a list that's already been sorted? Thanks!
Skye
