Having looked over the forum, I couldn't see anything about this:

After upgrading to 4.5, when I view web pages in IE using the command in the View menu, IE tries to go to my computer's IP rather than the directory of my hard drive. This only happens with the (offline) directory of my web site (and it's subdirectories).

What's going on?

Check your settings under

Configure - Preferences - Folders

esp. "WWW root folder" and "WWW IP address"
remove them if you don't like them...
