Using TextPad with Dragon Naturally Speaking

Owing to RSI, I use Dragon NaturallySpeaking to dictate text into my computer. This works really well with lots of applications, but not as well as it should with TextPad.
Does anybody else use Dragon NaturallySpeaking with TextPad?
What about other dictation software?
