System: NT4sp6, 1024x768, my screen font is 20p. In the Replace dialog box, in the 'Find what:' and 'Replace with:' text entry lines, the font size also appears to be 20p and the dialog box is partially written over and confusing. Is there a patch or fix? TIA

I suppose a better pair of glasses and a smaller font is not what you want to hear?

I think there is an option somewhere which allows you to match or not fonts.
But I guess the default would be too long
on Windows, there is a magnifying tool which is quite well made
