Can we call a macro from a user tool...

Hi,
Can we call a textpad recorded macro from a tool(i.e. *.bat file or any other file else where we can have conditional statements) in texpad.
my problem is
A macro can not do operations on some conditional statements,
and bat file can not move cursor or select text or copy-paste on textpad window, am I right ?
I want different different macro to be triggered by a tool( in which I will put the logic for this)
Any idea ....
