Tool Names

Is there a way to Rename a program on the Tools List. If a Program Executable is Named PW5, and I want it to show up as Procomm 4.8, how do I accomplish this ??
Configure - Preferences
Select the "Tool" node (not the tool you want to rename).
Now you have a list of tools next to the tree.
Select the tool you want to rename in this list.
Click into the tool name.
Now the tool name is editable.
