Trouble opening workspace

Does anybody else have trouble with the saving/opening the workspace feature? It does not open the files. Just get a blank document. I use win 98
Found my error
I needed to choose "workspace" , "close"
I was trying to close the documents. duh
Also I selected word wrap to each document (for html work), and the program keeps the setting. Be very careful when closing your workspace or you will have to redo it.
