integrating borland c++ compiler in the textpad

Hi,
I am having trouble integrating the borlnad c++ compiler in the textpad. I followed thru the faqs and help options of textpad. However, when I run it with whatever specified on the textpad website, I get an error saying ilink32.exe not found. Also, I wanted to add the compile c++ program as a tool. Cam someone plz help me out sooon. Thanks for all ur help in advance.
