Missing toolbar (corrupted common controls?)

Hello,

Am experiencing Textpad corruption on an NT4 machine. It is Textpad 4.5.
Tried restarting the machine and that didn't cure it.
All other programs work fine.

You can see a screenshot of the corrupted toolbar at:

Thanks for any help!

Thanks for replying Mahesh, but I tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times. Still corrupted.

Any other ideas?

In order to rectify the corrupt toolbar, please implement the following
procedure:

1) Exit from TextPad
2) Run REGEDIT.EXE
3) Expand the path HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Helios\TextPad 4.
4) Select the key labelled "Docking" and delete it.

That key will be recreated the next time you run TextPad, but you will lose
any custom changes you have made to any toolbars..

I hope this helps.

I had many corrupted toolbars (top half of my screen would not redraw). I followed your steps and everything is back to normal.

Thanks!

This worked for my toolbar problem (the Document Selector was not docking on double-click). Thanks Stephen.
