sometimes the scrollbars is messed up, usualy when i click on the scrollbars and then resize textpad. after that the place where the scrollbars is supposed to be is filled with garbage.
if i split the window either horizontaly or verticaly i will have one scrollbar that works and one that doesnt.
i hope this bug will get fixed
i use textpad 4.5

So you know for a fact that XP is bug-free?

xp surely not bug-free, but it has been a big improvement on stability + performance IMHO.
I just think that the scroll should only appear when it is necessary .ie when the page can't display all the contents, i dun see there is a reason for display the scroll bar when the page is blank. Every program i use so far will only display the scroll bar when it needed, even the mightly Aterm or Xterm in linux box will do the same thing
