Community

I am running Win 98SE and I can not get TextPad ver 4.5 to compile MS Visual C or MS Visual C++ on my machine.
I'm using:

Command D:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\VC98\Bin\Cl.execl.exe

Parameters: $File

Initail Folder: $FileDir

regular expression to match output as:
^\([^(]+\)(\([0-9]+\)):

File 1
Line 2
Column Blank


I have tried EVERYTHING for 2 days now. When I compile I get:

Tool completed with exit code 3

as the command results...

Please help ....

My Command is

D:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\VC98\Bin\Cl.exe

The original was a typo ... sorry..

I redownloaded 4.5 and tried it again...

SAME problem....
