There should be a way to set Text Pad so that when you tab it uses a set number of spaces that you specify. It is much better Java coding practicng to tab using spaces vs an actual tab character, this way the code looks good no matter who opens it up. Can I not configure TextPad to tab as as spaces? If not, unfortunately I'll have to turn to a different light weight editor. Thanks for any info of whether or not text pad can do this.

Nevermind, I found it:) Wasn't where I expected it, but glad it's there. I'm happy:)
