Doesn't stay registered in XP

I recently got a new computer and when I installed Textpad 4.5 on it and put in the registration code, it becomes unregistered after about the third time. I read the previous posts but there didn't seem to be a resolution to the problem. Is there one or am I stuck putting in the registration code everytime I want to use Textpad.

Thanks

Mark

I posted this problem so long ago it's ridiculous. Since I never got any resolution I removed 4.5 and reinstalled 4 thinking that might help. I've STILL got the same problem. I don't know what we should do about this. I almost went on bended knee to tech support to no avail.

PLEASE does anyone have the answer?

I'm on Win2k (and won;t willingly swtich 'till XP has a few service packs out), but:

Look at what the Registry is actually holding after you've entered the regitration data (export tha ttree while you're at it) and compare it with the tree after the registration becomes "unregistered."

Are you changing the user account that you log into Windows with?

that's the only way i've stayed sane so far. i exported the licensed key and have to register it like 5 times a day - at least i don't have to keep hunting down my reg code though
why hasn't tech support addressed this increasingly common problem?

I'm having the same problem. Just e-mail tech support, see when are they going to reply

If you are having any problems with TextPad license installation in XP please email Sandra Rawlinson at Admin@textpad.com. Please include a copy of the TextPad license code you are installing.
