Installation problems

Hi. I downloaded the installer for the latest version of TextPad, but don't seem to be able to install it. The installer immediately dies with a "Class not registered" error, and no further detail. I assume it's talking about some OLE component I don't have, but the error message is very obscure and doesn't really help. I'm on a Windows 2000 Pro, service pack 2. Any ideas?
