Find and Delete line

Hi

Is there a way to find a string i.e. "Title" or "Rem" and delete the whole line within textpad?

Search for
.*Title.*\n
replace by nothing

Make sure RegEx is activated

Or "Mark all" and then Edit > Delete > Bookmarked lines.
