Borland C++ free command line tools

I installed Borland's free command line tools and have set up TextPad (v 4.4.0) as described in the "Tips" section of this site. When I go to compile a file I get the error: Error E2133: Unable to execute command 'ilink32.exe'

Why might this be? I have Borland installed okay because I can use it from the command line, just not from TextPad as I so wish.

Many thanks, Ian.

Did you include the folder in which the ilink32.exe resides into your system's PATH variable?
