When I print output from textpad I get a really small block of text in the top left hand corner of the page. How do I get my text up to a normal page size?

try setting the default printer font size in
Configure | Preferences
in the Document Classes part of the tree view select
the Default class | font.
There's a "Scope" panel where you can select Printer to select the font size for printed output. (So your screen settings won't be affected).

There might even be a document class for captured output, IIRC - but I seem to have garbled that...

just noticed that I did NOT garble it:

Instead of changing the default settings, better change the printer font size of the "Command Results" document class.

I'll better whatch out better next time...
