Generateing Sequence Numbers in Find/Replace doesn't Work

I've tried to generate sequence numbers with find/replace, but it doesn't work.

Replace syntax: \i

I've read the help files, and nothing I've tried works. Is there something I'm missing here? Is this actually implemented in TP?

Thanks

Yes, this works. But only if "Regular Expression" is activated

Thanks for the reply. I have that activated.

Ok, I figured this out. This works, but only when you click the "Replace All" button. It doesn't work with "Replace" or "Replace Next"

Suggestion for a fix: This should be implemented so it works with all three Replace buttons.

At the very least the TextPad documentation for "Replacement Expressions" and "Sequence numbers" ought to reflect the requirement to hit "Replace All."
