Stay on top? Make it stop!

Somehow, I've managed to set Textpad to STAY ON TOP of all other windows. HELP shows this as an option in the SYSTEM menu, but I can't find that menu!
Argh! How do I toggle this function?

Configure/Preferences/View, Stay on Top of other windows

The system menu is the menu you get when you left-click on the icon in the top left corner of most window titlebars (The menu that shows such items as "Size, Move, Close" etc. You can also right-click the titlebar to get the same menu.
