Just a small problem (hopefully),

How do I Hex edit a .exe file - every .exe file I open is in read only mode and the mode can not be disabled - not on config menu.

Any help?

I'm using TextPad 4.5 & WinME

I hate to deliver bad news. But TextPad is (astonishingly) just not able to edit things in hex mode! I think this wouldn't be to hard to implement as the data is there and ready and displayed and everything but...

Maybe in a future release

I'll just have to wait and see if they add that feature.
