Problem with "Help"

We have TextPad 4.5 on two machines running NT4 w/ SP6. When selecting "Help" from the toolbar, one will crash and produce a Dr. Watson report, the other simply does nothing (help does not come up).

On a third machine running Windows 2000 "Help" comes up just fine.

Any Ideas? Other than this, TextPad works flawlessly.

You need to be able to run compiled HTML help files. There's a standalone application available on the TextPad website to support this.

Otherwise you need to have IE4 or later.
