Where's my color?

Hello,
What would cause TextPad 4.5.0 on Windows NT 4.0 to not perform
any coloring of syntax? I am writing java files, and .java extension
is associated with Java files.
Thanks,
Brian

Is syntax coloring enabled for the java document class?
Is there a java document class?
(Check under Configure -> Preferences -> Document Classes)

Well, it all looks normal to me. Seems to work fine for .cpp files.
Is it possible that changing the file mappings in Windows Explorer
could cause this to break?
Thanks,
Brian

Ok,
This is wierd.
If I edit the Text color for Java classes, the color of all the text
changes when I click Apply. But, none of the other color changes
take effect, because there is no coloring.
It's almost like there is some parsing error, not recognizing
comments, brackets, etc.
Thanks,
Brian

AHA! I fixed it...
I had to re-select the .syn file...somehow it got lost and "syntax
coloring" was not enabled.
Thanks,
Brian

Thank you Brian!!! I was going crazy trying to figure what happened to the syntax colors after upgrading to v4.5 on a W2K box.
