Bug - none of the preset ctrl-Q shortcuts work.

either in textpad 4.4.2 or 4.5.
have compatibility = microsoft.
windows me

on config, preferences, macros:
when list them, many ctrl-Q's appear, but dont work.

when press just ctrl+q, cursor changes to a painted fingernail pressing on a keyboard, which reverts back when press escape.

nothing else happens.

appreciate any help!

am trying to standardize my naming conventions, so can send to textpad's addons screens.
