Sorry to post here. There might be a better place for this post, but I thought someone here might know of SOMETHING to help me.

I purchased TextPad a couple days ago online and, since then, have received nothing back from the TextPad people...no e-mail confirmation, no license code for me to enter, no responses to my e-mails.

There used to be a time when waiting days or weeks to receive a purchase was normal. Maybe I'm just a bit impatient. Can anyone here tell me what kind of turnaround time they experienced when they purchased TextPad?

When I bought my license, things happened within minutes!

Did you give your email correctly?
