Is is (or will it be) possible to use bold/italic/underline for syntax highlighting?

If yes => How?
If not => Will it be possible in future versions?

It isn't currently, but has been mentioned as a likely feature for a future version (it would be set up as part of defining "colours" for different types of keywords, etc. presumably.
