Euro character support

I'm using version 4.4 of TP and it doesn't seem to support the Euro character. Am I making a mistake somewhere or is this a limitation of the product?

The euro support is actually a feature of your keyboard.
To type a euro sign in TextPad, type Alt-0128. Of course the font you are using should support the euro sign (e.g. Courier New or Lucida Console)
