Is it possible that dock and save these windows positions? (Not with workspace, because I use maximized windows.)

Not the way you are describing.

You can individually minimize/resize/move them, but their positions/sizes are not saved from session to session. However, if you restore them, they will assume the last position and size they held - other than default maximized. Moreover, they are children of the viewing window and exist only when they are needed - after you run your program / perform a search.

Right click inthe document selector window and you can tile the documents so they are all visible at once.
