Hover color in Doc Selector

Yesterday I upgraded to Windows 2000. Now I noticed that in doc selector window a hover color is used to colorize the file under the mouse pointer.
Does anyone know how I can change the color used for that effect?
Right now it is an intensive blue which I do not like (I keep my desktop/windows in dark-red and brown colors...).

Alternatively, can this hover effect be switched off?

Help file does not say anything about this.

With the new Tweak UI, you can change this color.

So it is not a textpad setting but a Win2000 thing!

I had looked through all the Win2000 color settings and didn't find any blue color there.
I'll ask our sys-admin 0about this new tweak UI.

Thanks for your tip!

If you don't have it yet, this is the official homepage:

Thanks for the link - it did not come with the resource kit!
I downloaded it from the page you provided, and now I have a nice brown hot-tracking color (consistent with my other window colors).
Thanks!

As I noticed my dear little system has a bad memory.
Whenever I log out and in again, it has forgotten this color!
