Docking in 4.3.2 (minor problem)

In the What's New for 4.3.2, you state in a bulleted item:

The document selector can now be docked on any side of the main window. (Requires the deletion of registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Helios\TextPad 4\Docking.)

After installing 4.3.2 over 4.3.1 I went into the registry and noticed that the above named key has some 16 subkeys, each with some 20 values. I REALLY hesitate to delete the whole thing, but I can find no other instructions on what to do.

Why doesn't the install program take care of this?

Elliot,

Deleting that node of the registry tree simply resets all toolbars and other docked windows to their default states. The setup program doesn't do that, because it would annoy a lot of users, very few of whom have asked for the ability to dock a vertical list (the clip library) horizontally. However, the option is there, if you prefer to work that way, and new installations will allow it without requiring the registry to be edited.

You could just rename the node, to see what effect it has the next time you start TextPad.
