Indent First (Visible) "Line"

HELLO!
Can someone PLEASE tell me if there's any way to indent (just) the first line in a "paragraph" (without inserting a Hard Return at the end of that line, and with Word Wrap turned On).
For example, sometimes I use TextPad to write my emails (and other standard, letter-type documents) and like to indicate the beginning of a new paragraph by putting a few spaces (or a tab) before only the first word in the paragraph;  So that, Without Adding Any Hard Returns it would print/display like the following paragraph:
The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dogs. Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their country. The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dogs. Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their country. Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their country.
Is there ANY way to do that?
     Thanks in Advance!!
